Fees paid towards account opening charges for enabling equities, commodities, or any other services are non-refundable once the process has been initiated.
Pick-up of required documents related to the account opening procedure is subject to the availability of our representatives at any particular time and location.
If your account has not been opened by Team Nikunj within 10 days from the date of collection of all necessary supporting documents and receipt of all due authorisations from you, you may request a full refund of the account opening charges paid.
If you have paid account opening charges more than once, please raise a support ticket here and our team will initiate the necessary procedure to refund the excess amount.
Note: The completion of the refund procedure is subject to processing timelines of third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways, which are beyond Nikunj's direct control. We will initiate the refund from our end promptly upon approval.
