Register on the SCORES / SMARTODR portal
Visit the SCORES portal (for grievances) or the SMARTODR portal (for dispute resolution) and complete a one-time registration to create your account before lodging a complaint.

Provide the mandatory details
Enter the mandatory details required for filing complaints on SCORES — Name, PAN, Address, Mobile Number and Email ID — to verify your identity and enable communication on your complaint.

Submit your complaint / initiate dispute resolution
Lodge your grievance on SCORES, or initiate online dispute resolution through the SMARTODR portal, and track the status of your complaint online until it is resolved.
